It’s recommended to store all LoveliYou products in a cool, dry place. Keep products away from any excessive heat or direct sunlight.

Are your products vegan?

No. LoveliYou products do not contain any soy. However other products that contain soy may have been produced at the same facility.

Yes they are. However, if you have any allergies, sensitivity issues or other concerns, please consult with a dermatologist regarding the use of any of our ingredients which are all listed on the LoveliYou website. You may also spot test before using any product.

Does LoveliYou use clean skin care / clean beauty ingredients and what does that mean?

Yes, LoveliYou uses clean skin care meaning our ingredients are safe and non-toxic, being ethically sourced and created with the health of our skin, bodies and environment in mind.

Where are your products manufactured and where are your ingredients sourced from?

LoveliYou is manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients from reputable companies adhering to the highest standards and quality.

Does your company test on animals?

No. LoveliYou is Cruelty Free and we never test on animals.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as you order has not yet shipped. Please contact info@loveliyou.com as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed for shipping we will be unable to change or cancel it.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do believe in the quality of our products, and all sales are final. However if a product unfortunately arrives damaged or there is some other issue, please immediately contact us at info@loveliyou.com within 72 hours of your receipt of the product with a screenshot or photo image of the damage or issue along with your order number. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged. LoveliYou reserves the right to refuse all returns, refunds and re-shipments.
